I don't have any special THF-51N datasheet but from Tokin papers
they are inside of the THF " family " with 50, 51, 52, and 53 numbers.
Gate to drain maximum voltages is differents 450~1000V and Drain to Source ON resistances
can vary from 0.6 Ohm to 1.2 Ohm maximum.
All models are great for class A 40~ 50 Watt's audio amplifiers
but for DIY plasmatronic ray gun that different story..1000V transistor it's a recommended minimum haha 😉
