they 'the non understanding ones' simply ask the wrong questions
For me there is no wrong question. If the question is wrong, the answer should address/include answers to the right question.
In fact if you want to really boil it down, the 25 watt amplifier and 100 watt amplifier could be exactly the same. Same PCB, same components, just the 25 watt one is being powered from a lower voltage. So in essence they are the same thing, both will sound identical, up until the point at which they clip.
Try to design said amps (it takes no more than a few minutes). One with 25W at clipping, the other 100W, and they only differs in supply voltage.
For me there is no wrong question. .
yeah I noticed
so how can the uninformed know what to ask, I see so many other thread titles are wrong on DIYA.
so what is the question? the OP said "watts" and you guys are still debating 25 to 100 watts... taking everything literally, nothing is learned. If the question is wrong, the answer should address/include answers to the right question

By first knowing the answer 😀 If you are a teacher, your objective is not writing a Q&A chapter, your objective is to make the student understand (including, if necessary, but I don't think so, what question to ask).

You have to ask him if he learned something or nothing.
Sometimes, a questioner ask questions of which answers are way beyond his knowledge to comprehend (it takes twelve chapters to write the answer). In this situation, the answer is easy, because anything that adds to the understanding of the answer is acceptable (Yes, you can give politically correct answer that doesn't answer anything, but fit well in a Q&A chapter).
What is professional audiophile? It would be more fair to have a professional audiophile to audit that amp and give an unbiased opinion.
Cat amongst the pigeons
A person obsessing over amplifiers might forget to step back and point the finger at their speakers. Sometimes but not always an amp speaker combination may/or not work due to a combination of faults in each, and the result isn't obvious.

IMO a "professional audiophile" is a high priest ( reviewer /blogger ) in the audio fashion industry.
they 'the non understanding ones' simply ask the wrong questions and you guys keep talking watts and "Hi-fi"? whatever. I think "Hi-fi" comes down to having a fashion or cooler lifestyle gear. Years ago Playboy magazine told them what to get, nowdays they wander around lost on ebay / amazon.
Can you do me a favor buddy? Pleas don't involve in my future thread as you are the only, THE ONLY one, giving useless comments. Thanks for your help.

BTW you don't own a thread whether you started it or not and you certainty cant order me to stay off any of them either. You've started what, 3 or 4 threads this week? noting one was closed by the DIYA moderation team already. maybe the real answer to "whats wrong" bother you?

Do you know the reason why my thread was closed by DIYA moderator? It's because of people like you. Do me a favour, read through my first thread, all 100 posts and then get back to me. Do research before you open your mouth man.

kettle black
if only YOU did some research before opening threads about fake tube gear / generic questions > it's called forum trolling by taking up many members valuable efforts.
