As someone who shops a lot in china let me break down the differences :
Lii audio newer designs differ from Lii Song drivers as well as having coaxial and triax designs now (like the TRIAX-18 and C1202?)
This is the current Lii Audio Fast-15
Meanwhile at Lii Song :
It's still the original design. And lack the "morning flower trumpet" which translates directly to Lii Audio
In fact, it looks more like the F15 than it does Fast-15
and the biggest irony?
Lii audio drivers are cheaper than Lii Song!
I can buy a Lii Audio Fast-15 cheaper than I can buy a Lii Song F12 (Lii Audio Fast-15 is less than 200$ while Lii Song Fast-15 is 600$)
So not only are Lii Song just reproducing the last designs that are being passed off as the originals from when they "left in a huff" but I guess the only reason you would want to buy Lii Song is because they are making the old designs.
I am planning a LA Fast-15 for my new room meanwhile.
