"Ram" by Paul and Linda McCartney. I believe that album will turn 50 this year, though I bought my copy in 1972. Sometimes I go years without listening to it, but then when I do I am blown away again.
nezbleu,
a good handle, it can get a little cold in Canada. funny that, I pulled my copy of Lennon's Imagine out of the box and played that. Can't understand why that was'nt the last song played at the end of the London Olympics.

Considering I grew up in the 90's and a huge amount of music I listened to was influenced by David Bowie, as well as having heard his music most of my life. It was only last week where I ever sat down for the first time and listened to two of his albums all the way through. The first was David Bowie - David Bowie (aka Space Oddity) and the second being David Bowie - The Spiders from Mars. If you've ever been putting of listening to someone for a long time, here is your wake up call, time to do it 🙂
Download "The Eyes Of Stanley Pain", Artoffact, pictures disc repress 2020. Sound excellent, less compression than the initial cd release.
