After some more digging I've found the same schematic of the Technics ST-3500 in a higher resolution on some Japanese website. I've attached it here for other people.

It still isn't accepting new accounts, I'm looking for the instructions/owners manual, schematics, and service manual of the Pioneer CTF-9191, I found a few of them on other sites, but they aren't high-quality scans of the manuals.
I am yet another US person (KC) who cannot successfully access hifi engine registration after multiple attempts with and without VPN and across different browsers. I just purchased and I'm awaiting delivery this week of a used JVC td-v66 cassette deck after discovering my stored akai deck was dead and not readily repairable by me. I'm an old guy who lived with nice hi-fi equipment in the 70s that I got in the army px while stationed in Germany. I have about 50 cassettes that I am wanting to convert to wav files via my desktop computer.
