That particular manual for the SAE X-25a does not pop up for me either, but I otherwise seem to have full access to the manuals. I have contributed about 100 manuals to this site over the years, had not logged in for many years (5 maybe?) and have retained access. I think I read earlier some people lost access to it after inactivity. Perhaps the key here is to contribute to the site?
