R17 could use a bypass capacitor, at least say 100pF since that side of the VAS has to drive 20pF or so. It will amplify the Cob of Q5.
How do you read asc files?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to know how much current you will be usingon a Salas regulator? Aren't they more inefficient that series regs?

Some pages back I asked where did you get the ECN10N16/P16, but I got no answer.
I googled again and didn't find them anywhere.

You mean the mosfets? But that site does not sell them.
Ho sorry
I thought you wanted the source of the spice model
carlmart I buy mine direct from Profusion in the UK. They ship them promptly and they arrived in New Zealand in less than 10 days.
Unless you have import restrictions I would not bother trying to buy them in the US.

My concern is always price and shipping to Brazil.
In the US I have a cousin who can deliver things for me. As I should be buying parts from Mouser and Digi-Key, if there's an Exicon rep it would come handy.
If we make a buy group for the pcbs, I found a China shop with very good prices. A guy from another forum was using them.

Still developing.... the amp seems good now deciding about IPS and VAS rail regulation.... After that will start layout.... I have a very good PCB manufacturer.
anyway I must build a proto before going live so it will take a while

Yes, I know about them. But it worries me a little to have just one place in the world to buy probably the most important part in the design.
