The Riaa components values have been tested both by measurement and subjective tone. Silver Mica bypassed PP is used for the 100nF, K72 33nF Teflon + 2200pF Siver Mica for the 35.2nF.

I believe it's intended to eliminate any small voltage on the grid of V1. Am I correct here? Or was it added also for improving the subjective impressions?

ΙR LED. Not all SUTs can take a little grid current happily through their secondary and its also safe for direct MM without handpicking 6N2P-EVs for super minimum grid current. Allows to primarily pick for channel match and low noise. Does good to THD also.

Mogami has a range of nice single core non XLR coaxials too. Both ends to gnd.

They are steel cased caps, yes.

Are you aware of any audible differences between Mogami single core and double core cables? In my country only double core and 4 cores are available.

I am not aware. You could use Mogami 2549 low capacitance dual with both cores hooked up for hot I guess.

The Neglex are W2549, they come with either 2 or 4 inner cores. I'll go for the double core.
