A improved version of IRS900😉
what voltage and load can the new irs900 support
output mosfets IRF640
Hi andrewlebon, nice design, very simple.
But there are some things i don't like, for example the feedback on the imput signal. And i think is better to use a current generator for the imput differential 4mA....

I have been long time not visit this forum 😀
All, I am who design the microP. Actually, the reason behind is to design the most simple, less component, but it works just fine.

IRF640 is quite a bad choice because of high Qrr, high Rdson.
BTW designing? Simplifying the patented UcD in a bad way can not be called designing IMHO. Bruno Putzeys designed.

Agree. But it is availabe here and cheap
Agree also, but too much if you called bad way. It is pure personal preference. As said before. It is a challenge. I know you and this forum since starting the class D forum.

any simple discreet ideas to use n channel only M.r paffi ??
Any simplest actually we expected
Hi there,
is there any other Gate Driver than the IRS2092 that doesnt include a PWM Modulator?
Since I am using a DSP which automatically creates a PWM Signal I dont need the Modulator anymore and I am asking myself if there is another cheaper alternative.
Thanks

Many. For example irs20957s, UCC27200, etc. Search at your favourite distributor(s)! But there are some more important features than price, make the requirements clear first! I'd choose a complete power stage (TAS...) instead of a gate driver for DSP.
And this is complete design of UCD but consider DIYers who have supply material problem. It should be fine with it, but not the best. Tested.
hi
is this amp ok?
how much have power?
good job
