did you parallel outputs? please post your projects.
Nope, there's no sense in paralleling because cheap and easily obtainable P-Ch Mosfets are limited to 100V.
Here's my schem. It's not final yet.
I used parallel 2 x 0R1 5W because it's easily available.
13A flowing at 0.05W resistor has a dissipation of 8.45W so the current sense resistor rating is sufficient 🙂

IS the detex audio pcb at post #259 working and usable,i am looking to make it for at 40-50volts,as it is simpler than any other amp of this power range
Parts seem easy to obtain

Also need Positive pcb pdf for it,as there is only negative included,But i will try and build it soon,in a week or so if i get pdf positive, also tried searching detex audio forum, but i havent found the thread for that amp 🙁
What do you think of the detex audio scheamtic?IS it working, does anybody have bottom layout in pdf?
Being first is even better, but no way im building it too soon because i have to find board size for it so i can make pcbs 🙁(((

I decided to put the over current protect in a daughter board. No speaker protect too, you just have to use an external one.
The layout is very compact and uses no jumpers. 🙂

nice, nice, nice job, many thanks for sharing
jlester, now move all the traces over to the top side to complete the ground plane and EMI levels should get lower as ground impedance gets lower.

Yes that one originally has ground plane on top but I didn't share it because 2 sided pcb is hard to etch and is not diy friendly.
Anyway here it is 🙂

this is the top of the pcb, you must use a double-sided bakelite.
Please, tell me,is the detex audio amp working?and is it also worth building?.I want to use it with 50v rails,by increasing maybe the dropper resistor values! And also, are there any other complementary mosfet pairs?,like more powerful ones with higher voltage?
I realy want to build it,plese help me!
