use the core that i mark it with red circle, wind coil about 14-15 laps@turn. min awg 18. I`ll post mine too i made it from EI flyback trafo and it work great high volume only warming.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I use a t106-2 red core with around 30 turns and it barely gets warm.
hehehe i want to experiment the core every core have different response red core good detail audio, green good for low ,
what about this one gap is bigger than the other one

ohh, yep, i feel different too, iron core and ferrite core have different sound and i`m prefer more to ferrite actually because can get more sound details.
Irvy, if you can find RX5 hes from philippines too, hes good knowledge too about class D amp, maybe u can communicate with him better way. 😀

This on is ok too.
Yea, I found their restrictions a little odd for a DIY website too. But it's a free world. I didn't register. You're apparently linking to an attachment on another forum that needs registration to view attachments. Unfortunately, that forum strongly discourages such registrations:

Hi norazmi:
could you please share the schematic? I would like to make one as my first class D amp.
Thanks in advance

This is original schema, credit goes to the owner ejtagle from forosdeelectronica, as u wish u can always make your own design for the pcb, in class D make it as compact as possible, note that this module stable within maximum voltage is +/- 50vdc and do not go more than that voltage unless u`re experience in class D for component adjustment. bd139 and bd140 will provide heat, if more than its maximum voltage it might be burn. so please follow the maximum voltage with the component listed on schematic.
p/s - see attachment. original compress as .rar and i rename it to .zip, you can rename it back to .rar
best regards,
Azmi

update outputs are warm coil not heating up good result loud and clear output filters used 2 uf idle current 8mv dc
Hi irvynejay:
What is the supply voltage? and are you using same PCB or modified by your own?
How is that schematic class D norazmi ??I see no output inductor and capacitor and to use tl072 for class D is a no go in my opinion.I do not understand how it could work.
