i use 1uf and 40 turn 0.8mm wire aruond the ETD29 core
in exit i have -1.5 VDC and the core have noise like hisssssssssss
input voltage befor power board is + - 25 VAC and after power it is + - 35 VDC
the power board is work good without amp board
the relay have 2 or 3 second delay
when i conect the power board to amp board the relay dont conect and dont work
some thing like protection mode
the band is plomping in first time and the relay was turn off and disconect the band frome amp
OCP LED was turn off
one of two mosfet was warm and the other one is littel warm
what is the problem ?

Hi Hadi,
something wrong in your amp pcb pls check once again carefully.you said -1.5v comming spk line that is why the relay(DC protect) not connect to the speaker.

Now I complete the limiter board two differant designs
1. using NJM2671 IC
2. using common OP-Amp ic. it is very simple and effective.🙂🙂

when i conect the power after 2 secound the relay work and conect amp to band but after 1 second the relay is turn off and disconect the exit from band and core start to creat noise like hissssssssss.
i connect input signal
shild conect to GND
+ signal connect to + input
nothing conrct to - input and it is not connect to GND
right ?
