i must change the board for my component a litell.
i can find 330 and 370 uH self
can i reaplace them with 220 uH ?
i can not find 6.3 V zener diod. i use 6.2V zener. is this ok ?

they all share similar design. output power scales with the rail voltage. irs3000d uses stacked inductor to increase power rating.ill wait for a better no errors pcb on IRS2000-3000D

use min. 22uH and Max.220uH for reducing emi and AC50Hz line noise.(recommended 68uH)
ok use zener 6.2V

why you are waiting for 1K 1% resistor for testing use 1K 5% one

Hi stewin,
for low THD use MOSFET 70/100nc one gate resistor use recommended the manufacturer
use fsw = 400KHz/450KHz to get smooth sine wave (that will reduce filter size and capacitor value)do not compare with 250KHz range.
for class d start with 80KHz to 500KHz.(new generation MOSFET) for 100KHz use big filter ie. @300uH and big capacitor ie. 30uF/250V to reduce noise and wave shape comparatively good
fsw = 400KHz filter @22uH capacitor 0.47uF/2250V to achieve this you need good PCB, supported MOSFET, good filter and components.
for DIYs start with 125KHz (it is easy) and try with 250KHz switching(not easy)
My design you can go up to 400KHz range

for output filter ? No. for fsw=@250KHz use max 90uH. good 62uH or 70uH
fsw=@180KHz or 150KHz you can use 170uH filter
for DC filter yes you can use 170uH
