check +12v for realy supply. resistor 2k/5w for +75v supply(34mA current) . you should change with your need.
+35v you need 1k/5w resistor (34mA current).

Hi Hadi,
use this site for calculating resistor for your need(supply voltage ie. +35V, for full volume it comes down to near +30v so both you calculate and set the average value)

Hi Hadi,
OK. check the voltage given for TLO71 & 72 IC (GND and -6V, GND and +6V)
it will took max 7.5mA cuurent (35V supply 3.3k/3w you will get 10mA)
if it is below 5V you need to change the resistor value to 1k/3w.
My new AUD600 rev.1.3 i used TL783 ic for +6v and relay +12v supply.

25uH is used to reduce EMI in output wave. Initially you do the AMP work perfectly. you don't worried about output filter noise . you need to shield for reduce this.

0.6mm 24 Turns for 25uH. both winding start point i marked (big dot).first you wound 70uH after complete then 25uH

ver 1.1 was not work
i thing some thing was error in that board
i creat ver 1.0
it was work good for 2 hour
i have 0.8mm wire
i creat 25 uH with 22 turn of 0.8mm wire
i creat 25uH and after that creat 70 uH with 40turn of 0.8mm wire
when i conect the 25uH to the amp board then ETD29 go to truble hot just in several secound and mosfet too and 4.7 ohm resistor near the relay burn
without 25uH amp work good even without mosfets heatsing
what about in your new vertion ?

Yes you can use 106-2. use only single winding.
T106-2 you need 80Turns for @65uH
I think your winding polarity reversed.
