The ones with highest gain and current, but personally i would use dedicated drivers like tc4420

Stewin Bd139 and 140 work very well and to much cheap TC4420 Triell amps replace directly these new amps no more Tc only bds

I also use BD243/244 pairs for driving high gate capacitance mosfets.

thanks a lot exflaco i will use your schema but will parallel outputs like irf540n 4 pairs / irfp260n 5 pairs . i will post schema , pcb and pictures once i am through.

Stewin could move 2 pairs irfp250 gate resistor 100ohm directly from ir2110 +- 75- 90v

Andrew OCP Detex same the Crest class D amps ,Lm311 and 555 ,triell ,more simple a npn transistor and 555 two work fine ,a lot similar protecction on class d amps you only parallel 3 X1 ohms 5w resistor paraleel , and adjust the trimp to the desired humbrall protecttion,(sorry my poor english) more efficient + and - v sense ,another way old AB amps like Peavey the shunt sense resistor to gnd series to the speaker,y share schemm soon..
