If you conect in short pins for KTY sensor, protection shuld turn of raley.. Maybe your sesnor is not good..
Do you try cliping indicator with AN6884? (top of schematic)

no i did not use clipping indicator but i am going to do so .on the over temp issue i used a 0.1 ohm resistor when i connect it the led does not light but when i disconnect it the led lights and relay does not go off . here is my part of the schema

You have two mestakes because of me 🙂) sorry for that
R57 have to be 47ohms not 47K
and R54 have to go on base of T5 not to emitter
C39 stays where he is bettwen R54 and ground with inverted polarity because of negativ voltage after D17

output inductor
guys here is an example of output inductor use in class d amp
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

It is 1kW SMPS (2 kW peak). Inspiration comes from K6 amplifier K6 700 Watt Audio Amplifier and Switching Power Supply with a few changes and own design pcb.
did you use t-106 26 for transformer gate drive? did you include the over current protection in the smps?
I used E20 core with winding 1:1 and induction was approximately 2mH without air gap. I used the default current protection.
hi fibko just wondering does using the tansformer gate drive yield more power or has any advantage over using chips like ir2110 .?
is the overcurrent sense working perfectly? if it is working is there a need of adding protection in the amplifier?

Heloo to everybody and Happy New Year!🙂
I'm back with new problems😀.Now i am using lt1016,the rest of the circuit is the same.I am getting more distorsions than with lm311.
Adding capacitance between in- and in+ decreases them(30-200pF) but this means i am using a faster comparator for nothing because it just decreases its speed.

Hi every one
I think change the gate resistor to 100 ohm for IRF250N and connect one more filter ( first filter 55uH and second one 30uH).Now the noise will out.

Hello: This is Raj and I am new to this forum. I am also interested to make good Class D amp and searching for this I saw one of JBL LS120 subwoofer's schematic. They use class D which is simple and surely will produce good sound.
Schematic is available here: Keres? - Service Manual finder | ElektroTanya | Service manuals and repair tips for electronics experts
Any expert opinion about this?
Thanks
