The specs look more like a midrange than a sub! 3" coil with a whopping 2.5mm of overhang, high efficiency, high Fs, low Qes/Qts.... and very low Le which indicates probably a single-layer coil.

That's a big midwoofer. If it has a clean response up to 1khz it could be quite good based on the specs.
