Postings about class D will be considered off topic by the forum management, and by myself,..because it will be really very off topic!... this is DHR Turbo thread and this forum is Solid State...will be entirelly and absolutelly off topic and wrong to have those things published here... you may be novice into the forum.... this is a rule we try to obbey..as this avoid mess.

Thank you anyway, but decline to have some help...i already have the schematic, the idea, and a circuit assembled to tweak and finish..and i cannot publish, explain how operate, publish or give the schematic.
I prefer not to "polute" my mind with other folks ideas... i cannot use them..i have to avoid them..mine must be different, original and revoluctionary.

No, i cannot do that by myself...boards were not made by me..try with Alexmm
If he want to provide those gerbers i have anything against that...i do agree in advance.
But, please, keep the board as original...or...keep the one published as standard, avoid to publish your modifications, your customized board, to avoid too much versions around the same amplifier.
I have not those gerber files...i have, alike everybody, the pdf layout only and some pictures from the board populated..and also the pdf schematic..this is all i have, and all that stuff was published in this same thread.
Why that?... why i ask people to avoid too many options.
When people see too much options, too many models, they feel confused and give up to build.... as we are DIYers, the idea is not only to produce ideas and boards, but to build them as a real final product..better than virtual we gonna have something real, something that really plays sound and music.... too many options, as i could see and realise, results a problem.
If you decide to show your work (good), and to publish, then please, avoid to offer the gerbers...this will create some kind of control to reduce versions.
Having one type of gerber offered, will control the whole stuff to avoid too much variations around the same theme.... keeping something as a reference to the model.... and this, posted long time, keeping it the way it was as original, increase the confidence into the amplifier.... having a lot of options, or variations, or customized schematics, then people feel the amplifier as a mutant...and why to build something today, that may be entirelly different tomorrow?.... then people will be waiting for this future time "the tomorrow" and will never be sure if that "tomorrow" already arrived or not..so..they do nothing!

If not to be published, not needed to print these things...it is enougth that you know the one made it first.

BTW I'm familiar with eagle PCB designing software. but when I look at your layouts, it seems like you are using another tool. So i'm not able to modify it for components which i already bought (only a few of them is mismatches) but i can arrange those with your last published design. so im planning to use that but still need a clear silk screen layout.. I appreciate if you can help me out of this.

search for the board layout and if you want Orcad, or Eagle files go to Alex mm..i have anything about that at my home.
This was made with Alex mm kind cooperation...he is the board man.... i have made the amplifier... created, build and tested..boards layout and board test was made by Alex mm.

I found his super design layout from this thread. but the silk screen he published here is not very clear. of cause i can use the schematic and fill the components but I can see Alex mm has changed some values compared to last schematic published by uncle Carlos (my surviver 😀) anyway.. i'm following Alex's board.. nice design Alex mm! and thanks Carlos for supporting 😉

well.. i dont know how to introduce myself to you..but at this moment im a lost boy.. age is 28. I lost my job 5-6 months back and no income yet.. I was working as a software engineer for Virtusa in Sri Lanka. That is my country. and I lost my love. simply she dumped me after three years. its a love story like a drama and im not gonna talk about it caz its out of this topic. my first degree is for information technology and then I went through post graduate diploma in business management. even though I have those papers with me, I'm still like a beggar living with my parents. hope thats enough for my profile..
electronics and music (i express myself by my guitar.. my guitar may cry when i want to cry.. but i'm a novice yet) one of my best friends making speaker enclosures. customers who come to his place is asking for sub woofer amps and many things but that is not his business. He told me that if i can make those then he can sell those to their customers. currently im making a sub amp for him which i took from a magazine.
im not gonna sell DX amps without your authority. I dont know much about electronics but day by day im learning more and more. Thank you for your invitation for the DX corporation. I accept it without any doubts. I dont think i can contribute much more here but i can send some images what i make and do time to time. and I dont have a camera with me but my mobile can take snapshots so i can only upload low quality pics at the moment.
I can draw PCBs using Eagle so may be i can help you with that..(Not a pro designer like Alex mm)
I was searching amps and stuff through the internet and accidently i hit this forum i can see so many amps in the net but I see some difference with DX amps that is what i'm looking for..
My dream is to make amps for our country caz currently here they dont make any good quality amp like DX 😎

Aluminium panel surface treatment to Dx amplifiers builders and all folks
Sometimes we have damaged, scrathed aluminium surfaces or plates..and we want to make it better, to rebuild or reform.
Then scratch it more using sandpaper... start with 120 grain and then go using 240, 360 and 500 grain sandpaper... use the waterproof one and do it with the aid of water..... you can use steel brush too, or a powder to produce
polishment in metal surfaces.
After that...clean and construct a brush (do not use the ones have metal parts to hold hairs in place)....use wood and your own hair, or horse hair, or dog hair.... glue or clamp the hair into the wood tip...there's your paint brush..or chemical material applier.
Use the chemical material.... Oxalic Acid (diluted)...or Sulfuric Acid and you can use something to produce a phosphate cover into the aluminium.
After that, wipe with water and let it dry..apply letraset or something alike and them paint using transparent automobile varnish (paint).
Be happy with your DIY panel.... see the slide movie made for you...published into the youtube:

I already prepared the PCB with my own hands 🙂 and I spent time adding components one by one.. now 80% of the work is done. i'm planing to include 3 pair of power transistors at the beginning. because I dont have a 56-56 transformer right now but 24-24. after regulation it will give around 35-35. So i think 3 pairs will be enough to drive that. im so tired now so better have a sleep and fix the rest

i have made something wrong

I gave 30-30 dual supply and i can hear sound like a headphone. transistors are cool (used only 3 pairs). looks like they are not driving. is it because of low voltage or i have made a mistake ??😕
