sometimes the dust cap is the same size for different size woofer models
If one of the other ones does have dimensions you can use it as extra reference

I'm pulling the Roxkford picture based on the 2 dimensions I know, it seems to fit quite well
(better than the picture above)
My cut-out is 280 mm with a round-over... hmm, not an immediate fit, might look at the JL grill some more...

Monacor offer 10mm acoustic foam, 2 units (MDM-3002) 480-378mm 15,99€ or 2 units (MDM-8602) 611-480mm 24,90€.
Maybe bit borring but one could style it with logo in center and slant or rounded edges.

Looked at another grill from Rockford, it was even bigger.
I guess I could make this previous one work (the ~189 mm), still have to check the JL, but like the Rockford grill better. May need to look at other manufacturers as well (hopefully without logo)
Looks like JL's grill is also bigger than I need, about 295 mm

Is your front panel removable? I can't remember now. If it is you could consider using a fibreglass mesh wrapped around and squeezed in when the panel is tightened back up. Some felt on the edges if you need a little more excursion room. I have got some screens at home made out of pet mesh, extremely strong.

Should I send you the dimensions I need? You're the one with CNC 😀.
My machine is a little small in one direction to carve this 😡
Otherwise I wouldnt mind trying...I am crazy enough 😀
Laser cutting instead of CNC? Some machines in Europe too? Custom design and dimensions

I like that laser cut option 2nd best. Best would be no grill and a serious discussion with the cat🙂 I don't see how you can add a grill w/o compromising the look. Perhaps you can end up with a different, equally good look.
The grills I linked are steel and painted black. Painted to match the cabs and flush mounted I think they might effectively disappear. But I think you would have to CNC cut a small, precise recess for them for this to happen.

I'm leaning towards these:
As these got through the beauty commission here at home 😛. The laser-cuts looked too much like wheel caps in her opinion.
I think I can make them work, without seeing any hardware and still keep the look somewhat similar as planned. I'd prefer them to be naked, but don't want to gamble with the drivers...
I'll see if I can measure my holes as build, I seem to recall some minor adjustments that I've done to the final construction. I think I can set these lower into the round-overs without damaging the look too much. They will still protrude somewhat to keep enough space for the surround.

Just remember to leave extra room for the excursion of the driver so you don't create a bump stop 🙂. They will still protrude somewhat to keep enough space for the surround.
