Start with some simple like AX6 for your first amp,

.....at first look missing resistor paraleled with output coil , RC from output to ground (10/3w + 100 nF/250V) and feedback trace must be connected to coil and so on
..... heat sink to small ,better use SK104.

Also resistor on VAS must be 10k / 2watt paralleled with 22nF/100 v.
