.....at first look missing resistor paraleled with output coil , RC from output to ground (10/3w + 100 nF/250V) and feedback trace must be connected to coil and so on ..... heat sink to small ,better use SK104.

Also resistor on VAS must be 10k / 2watt paralleled with 22nF/100 v.

The design of the PCB which is great, if you are using 3 pairs of 2SA1216 / 2SC2922 will be able to reduce the width under 67.5 mm.
Capacitor 470 mf / 100 V is 2 pcs per rail just because it does not significantly
