+/-15VDC can be used for a preamplifier, cooling fan or something else, and it is the output from 7815/7915 that is supplied from 2x18VAC. 2x18VAC is the only power supply that comes into the protection circuite. +/-15VDC comes out from the protection circuite and it is result from stabilising voltage after the bridge rectifier.

can you make some drawing, how to connect protect to Amp, I had read about stereo protect in this forum, don't remember where.

Mile sir, Kindly check drawing if I am correct.
For Mono protect the relay 24v 16A is it different from relay for Stereo protect having 24v 2x10a.

regarding Sr200 if I use MJL21193 and MJL21194- 2SC5200 Will be replaced BY 21194 and 2SA1943 Will be replaced By MJL21193- Is this correct

Replace pnp with pnp(2sa1943/mjl21193,and npn with npn(2sc5200/mjl21194). Simple as that...😉
Hi mile, I'm building SR200 for replacement of amp modules of my old yamaha ca2010.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Nice work, and thanks 'alex mm' for this pcb design.
Regards
Thanks alex mm for this pcb and miles for this amp design. it worked for me quiet well because i had limited space for mounting 🙂. Other member trying to diy this pcb will problem of "not enough space between op transistors".
my second pcb is completed. I'm waiting for 22000mF cap. hopefully I'll test this week.

I suggest to use TOP3 outputs like SanKen 2SA1294/2SC3263.
For test use 150R/10W instead fuse in 220V AC line.
It will take lot of time for me to get SanKen 2SA1294/2SC3263, can I use two pair of MJ15024/MJ15025 as mounting holes are already on heat sink.

Yes, MJ15024/MJ15025 can be use.

Sir Sonal,
If you are using MJ15024/MJ15025, there are 24 strands of wire chases in the box.
If the project is finished I want to hear about it from your review.

Good luck.

Dear Apex,
what is the best suggested rail voltage to supply SR200. And what is the maximum supply for SR200.
Many thanks before.
Best Regards,

I suggest +/-65V, and +/-75V is maximum rail voltage,

Dear Apex,
At 63 Vdc, mj's were getting warm after few minutes...maybe those were have to be put on heat sink ...
Thank you very much
