SSR for speaker protection?

I do not recommend going for more than 50V power supply (SSR2). The protection is designed for max 200W/4R. I have a new PCB layout (SSR3), a larger heatsink (PSU up to 60V), three options for the optodriver (VOM1271, ASSR-621, Si8752). A prototype PCB is on the way, as soon as I verify the functionality, I can publish it.
Thanks LKA,will wait for this new version.
Those vom1271t is out of stock too and is a big advantage any alternative but available opto.;)

Thank LKA can't wait....:):up:The Power of SR200 is 200W/8R

I have all the SR200's Transistors soldered in the bottom side of my board, see pic.
LKA do you think that could be a possibility or an option to have T6 who could be soldered on the bottom side with a hole on the board to be able to fix it on the main heatsink ? thanks

Eager to see your results!

Si8752 input side current If=12mA ((9V-2.2V)/560R)
Si8752 driver side voltage VG(ON)=9.7V
Si8752 driver side impedance RG=200k-300k (datasheet page 9, If=10mA)
FET total gate cap 2x10nF

approx
turn-on delay 2.5msec
turn-on time 1msec
turn-off delay 60usec
turn-off time 20usec

Excellent!
No need for this bustard Vom1271t!
Mouser have 1.943 pieces in stock now.
PS. Finally i have some vom1271t on hand now!

Did your Prototype PCB's show up?
