I especially like the build video, as short as it is. It shows the complexity of the curves and mating surfaces. Wow! Great find Soundhappy!
@ WBS and Diyers
Looks like Supravox drivers and on the rug waiting a Fostex pair.
This Audiophiles have good taste, First Watt J2 are the amp in use 🙂
+ all others legendary gear in the same room..Amazing!

Yes, it must be "Leben" which I did not know.
Probably one of their integrated tube amps with PP-output stage using EL-84 or similar. Enough power to drive Klein-horns......

What a fun playroom!
Look how small the VOTTs look compared to the Klein Horns!
Yes WBS, exactly Papa Kleins are the elephants in the room, they are gentle Giants.
VOT is small and Tannoy Canterbury with 12" Red's looks like a pair of the bookshelf speakers 😀

I heard few of them and wasn't impressed at all, quite contrary
When I heard what's price, "quite contrary" increased
Just another piece of info how Audio periodicals are powerful, replacing ears and brain
Then they can't match a well-designed 300B Amp like the one I use in the moment until VFET is up and running again using new PSU 🙂
This is actually a fun and very good-sounding EL84 amp ... compares well with my 2A3 SE 😀
Unexpectedly good EL84 amp
Of course, it's an idea / design of John Broskie / TubeCad ... 😉

Regarding 2A3 SE I have only experienced one for a short demo. It sounded very good.......a Loftin-White "clone".....also a fine amp for Klein-horns?
My 2A3 SE was the first speaker amp I built, about 10 years ago ...
Yes, it sounds very good. Haven't heard it on horns, but on my 100 dB/W Fostex widebanders with backhorn (Jericho Horns) it's very nice and sounds low-distortion also. I never managed to bring it to its 3 Watt limits ...
However, my later amps are more transparent, including all the Pass amps, but also the John Broskie EL84PP, and several of them have this nice palpability and emotional connectedness as well, for example the Sony DIY VFET pt2, the EL84PP, and what I remember from my SissySIT.
SissySIT is out of commission at the moment and awaits resurrection as SissySIT R.3. 😀
