It took awhile, but I finally got the floors refinished and have started moving the furniture back into the room. So I thought I'd share a final photo.
I move the Ikea Poang chair into the middle of the room when I'm listening and I'm still really happy with how it sounds. Next steps might be some corner bass traps for behind the listening position and perhaps some Markwart crossovers if I can find the time and money. Any other suggestions are more than welcome.
Cheers.

Nice work, I can't show this to my wife or she will want me to do this for her 🙂
Congratulations! Glad for you are happy. You should be proud as well. Of the results, but also the sound choices you mad a long the way..
My advice would kind of be."Don't change anything as long as you're satisfied" ☺️ If something starts to bother you, stick a parametric or 32-band graphic equalizer between pre out and main in or in the tape loop. -Yeah and ask the good ppl here how to go about eq'ing. Again ONLY if you feel it's needed. Hope you find a lot of time to hear great music there. Where you hide amp etc?
Cheers!

Thanks very much for your comments. I'd be remiss if I didn't thank all the good people here who guided me through this project. The advice and feedback from everyone here was invaluable.
I moved my Scott tube amp, etc, into an adjacent room while I was refinishing the floors. The speaker cables run through the basement. My next project is to build a custom cabinet that will go on the same wall as the couch in the living room, but behind the listening position. I will then move all the components back into the living room.
