Solder the lifted terminals together. Does that eliminate the pop?
Optocoupler mounted pin 3-4, pin 1-2 lifted and shorted = pop present
Try this with the original optocoupler.
With original optocoupler pop don't is present
Pull the optocoupler completely from the board. Pop or no pop?
No pop

Sorry, pop present

Yes it's similar, i have tried with 4.7k but the pop is the sameIs the attached diagram similar to yours, specifically R5 and R6?
Are they (or their equivalents) within tolerance?
If you replace them with 4.7k, is the popping reduced (original optocoupler in the board with all terminals soldered in, normally)?
I don't know. I can't see anything common to two channels but not the other two.
The pop being eliminated with the original opto pins 1 and 2 bridged but not with the other opto is odd.
One last thing to try. If this gets us nowhere, I'd suggest leaving it as is or getting suggestions from others.
Pull the opto with the 4.7k resistors. Pop or no pop?

Keep on popping, I'd say, as long as nothing gets broken.
Looks like this was the correct answer, all along.
IMHO, some problem is present, maybe some resistor out of tolerance, but don't is simple to find for meLooks like this was the correct answer, all along.
