I slight change to the Tolerance that has been used is made is to the Bushes OD for the Interface with the Bearing Housing Wall.
I will also receive a written advisory on the best practice for the fitting of the Bushes to the Spindle, this will be supplied when it is made available.
From our own discussions and the descriptions being offered, the Bushes are looking like their inclusion as a modification, is able to make a quite noticeable difference to the Performance, especially when compared to the original OEM parts.

Do I understand it correctly, that we don't need to further widen those bushings once installed? That would be great indeed, as it is not easy to do on the kitchen table.

no jogi we still have to ream the insided diameter,its the outside diameter that has changed slightly.
yes john the new torlon bushes take the TTS to another level,this was apparent when i first installed the bearing housing and more so after using it again when i switched back from the TTS with the bearing drain rod .
They tend to close up when pressed in place which is why the final reaming is done with them fitted.
i will let you know when i've done some research i have not done any reaming myself so im in the dark as well. 🙂

I was to make a visit to pick up the Bush Parts this upcoming weekend,
but a VIP Visit to my place of work has resulted in my having to be in attendance and help with preparations.

Hi John, it is probably better to send it with tracking, as sometimes letters get lost and these parts are not easily reproducible. Good to know we are getting somewhere now...
Don't know where the other GB members are located within the EU. But maybe it's cheaper to send them all together and distribute them further within the EU.
I am with Jogi on this one - my last order from the UK was lost across the English Channel - with capacitors it's annoying because of time, but those bushings are indeed something special - hence....😀

I assume it's Jogi and me being inside the EU (Germany). I can offer to distribute the parts further if disered. On the other hand it shouldn't be so much if Packlink or Parcel2go is used.
