You will have to add a SPDIF transmitter chip like the CS8406 if you want to connect to an external dac. You may also need a new clock.

He could also connect a CS4329 /PCM19X / CS4398 direct to CX23035?

Then make a small print with psu and the dac chip, which could easily be mounted in a cd-player

I can take a picture off, how i did it.

Best regards
KIm

I want to use the CS8405 (or CS8406) chip in this way (see the attachment).

Is it correct?

Tahnks

for the scheme

for the sch and pcb files for ExpressPCB. V2 uses the same scheme, but the PCB file for v2 is not in the post I linked.

Hello

I want to connect the DIR9001 with a TDA1541A in a non-os dac.

In NOS mode, TDA1541a can only accept I2s format and when you see the data sheet of 9001, the 16bit format is only in Sony format (right just.)

So, do this Sony to Philips I2S Format Conversion circuit would work for me ?

Thank

Bye

Gaetan

Zdravstvuye, hello from Rossi!
I write through the translator, with languages not so.
Decided to lift a subject...
Whether this scheme will approach to AD1853.
Post¹ 22.

I have Sony cdp-591 (DSP-CXD2500), put a shift registor on BCK (74hct164), works not steadily, whether with this scheme it will be better?
Or will advise another...
Yours faithfully, Mikhail.
