I wish that 12mu had better measurements, of course... Nevertheless, I like it very much and stopped on it for my main home loudspeakers.
It's a question of taste mostly. I built several Accuton based loudspeakers in the past and think, there is no way back for me.

Hificompass, have you already had a look at the New c90-6-726 ?
If the res frq is same as 724 version, i think it is very interesting

I heard nothing about this model. It looks like a custom version of C90-6-724 midrange, but more advanced. Their website doesn't show this model too.

Currently i use my on built wwmt with c90-6-078 and c30-6-024, and id i decide to build a new one i consider the accuton c90 and bliesma 26b for highs. For woofers perhaps the new 8 ohm purify.

No one seems to have noticed that the SB-Acoustics 60mm dome midrange has been updated lately (see homepage/website for updated data sheet) ... now more output below 1kHz with better response above 1kHz!

But please do not order the old version or let them sell you one!

An inside-comparison between both versions what has been changed would be interesting ...

Probably nothing other than the chamber stuffing. Neither have impedance plot similar to what Hificompass measured, so unit to unit consistency may not be great, but we'd need to see at least an impedance plot of more than 1 unit to confirm that.
