Seller: Aceincmon

This company is selling 2000 15' lcd monitors. Right now they are only selling only 100 units to try things out on ebay. Price is $100 bucks.

I just ordered one. At first I thought it was a scam because they have no comments. The guy emailed me back with this:

I assure you this is not a scam .We actually have 2000 monitors,we are a
corperation that de-installed these monitors from other Corperations,we did
not know how selling the monitors would take off on e-bay so we only listed
100 for $100.00 if it would make you feel better, and not that I blame you for
being cautious ..actually we did try to sell the monitors before and e-bay
assumed the same thing ..there for we had to show proof of ownership of the
monitors to e-bay by faxing the actual de-install work orders and copy of
state drivers lic. and after e-bay reviewed our account/membership and seen
that yes they are our monitors we were re instated....So yes I assure you
that this is not a scam or mis leading .. and it is true $100.00 for a LCD
flat panel monitor

any other questions feel free to ask
thanks

They already sold 86 of them. Only 14 of them are left right now in the auction.

I did some research and the monitor appears to be at least 350:1 contrast ratio.

Here's the manufacturers website: http://www.sotac.com.tw/LCD Monitor.asp
The only monitor I could find with the same shape has 2 versions, a 350:1 version and a 400:1 version. Hopefully these are the better ones. They are the 710A and 710B models.

I found out this was the manufacturer of the monitors by putting the first line of specs (size specs) in google. I found the exact specs for these monitors. The spec sheets match perfectly.

I guess after they sell this batch they might begin to sell the rest of the monitors at a little higher price or maybe the same.

I hope these are stripable!!

Tell me what you think!

Whats the response time? for all we can tell from that ad it could be 50 ms and Yes 100.00 is good But hey I got a brand new monitor in box from the retail store for 130.00 a few months back, Just gotta do some web crawling to find the coupon codes and price matches. But yea the response time is a Big iffy. Also on ebay cant you contact ebay to confirm there statement of sending ebay proof etc? Does ebay have a phone number or something?

Thats the exact same monitor! 400:1

Nice find pizz

it is probably the 710A version with a different button setup then. Its 25 ms response time according to their page (15ms lightup 10ms lightdown)

Cool!

I bet this seller will list the rest of the monitors soon. Hopefully the price wont go up.

aiite i jsut recieved it! (talk about fast shipping)

-ok for all you wondering , its the 710 A, not 710 B

-im a newbie , so its gunna take me a while to strip it. I got all the way to the lcd screen, but theres a metal plate between the circuits and the lcd screen, so i gotta unscrew the cicuits blah blah blah.. its a lil tedious.. ill get back to you guys later

Hummmmmmm 165.00 for a used monitor not guarenteed without tons of dead pixles............I can get a brand new one for 175.00 area in box with everything, the deal in my opinion is over.

Freak, any chance you could help me find a new one for around $175? I'm not doubting you, I just can't find any good deals for the life of me.
