I haven't been following this project, despite my strong interest in this one. I would really like to use J-Fets, cascoded, in the front end if possible. A CFP output stage would be extremely cool. The plastic outputs, but I could use TO-3 outputs if need be (but that would also probably mean a triple darlington arrangement).

Anyway, that roughly describes where I would like to be. That depends on availability at the end of the day.

This sounds more like a Vzaichnko design than one of Ostripper's. OS uses BJT inputs and EF3 outputs in his designs. He tries to use easy to get inexpensive parts whenever possible.

Valery did the CFA-CFPx2 amp. It had bjt inputs but had a Hexfet CFP output. It's lower powered (140W?) but sounded excellent. He's got some other amazing creations too.

The outputs are two rows of plastic devices flat mounted. They are spaced out enough to comfortably fit 5 pairs of MT-200s.

Do not use MJL21193/4 , Slewmaster is a fast amplifier when those are only 4MHz devices.
I had bad experience(magic smoke) using this slow bjt.

A question for the former participans from Europe of this groupsbuy done and deliverd by Evanc(USA).
Did you guys had to pay any custom(duty) fee?Last time I bought two amp modules for 100 USD and had to pay 40 Euro fee.I don't want to pay this for 4 pcb boards which cost 40 USD

I think this depends on how they are declared for customs. If they are declared on actual cost of the board itself, less shipping duties and taxes paid for initial purchase, the declared value is only a couple dollars and usually not taxable and duty free.
