What IPS to offer in a group buy

Some differences such as clipping behavior would be tough to check with a listening test.

Terry's set up is his set up....possibly he would notice a difference AB testing driving a pair of large subs or even some very sensitive compression drivers....who knows.

It seems to me the spirit of this project is build it and see for yourself.....The parts for the various IPS set ups are not very expensive. This is not to say we shouldn't benefit from the experience of others just that we all have our own set ups and ultimate goals.

The solution is to offer ALL of the IPS in this group buy. They are cheap and easy to build. Each can judge for themselves. A minimum of two each of each IPS done so far.😀😀😀😀

Microcontroller IPS switching system

What about a microcontroller IPS switching system?😕 Connect each
IPS thru solid state micro controlled relays. The micro could also
check for the proper current levels, etc. This would be a large IPS
stack, connected to a common OPS. This project would be like the
21th century protection project. Cool!!!😀

This sounds good..the problem is if we have just a few of a board made the price goes way up.

How about people add their wish list to the group buy list. If there is enough interest in a particular board we will have it produced.
