Yes I did mine months ago for the 3E Audio.
Keep in mind that a SMPS PSU is more appropriate here... Linear PSUs are heavier and take up more space ....

Hi everyone,

I added some coupling capacitors, Ero KP 1832 0.01uf. Usually it brings a little more finesse and detail.

As I wrote previously, I changed the 2 standard Nichicon power condos to Cornell Dubilier 4700uf 50v (my SMPS is 36vdc). It is not ideal how I stuck on the radiator, I do not listen to music too loudly, otherwise the capacitors will heat up. Later I will take them off.

The OPs are OPA1612, I am waiting for the OPA1692. Yes it's true the 1612 are not cheap, but the more it brings is worth the price, according to Daniboun, even more with the 1692.

I can give you a little feedback on the sound of the stock vs Shui Yan with Cornell Dubilier condos. Stock this 3255 is not bad, but compared to my class AB amp, it is far behind. This even with the change of OP for the 1612. In the end I found it good but nothing more.

On the other hand, when I changed the 2 Nichicon std capacitors, it was not at all the same amplifier, it is HUGE improvement, this at all levels.

Now I enjoy listening to classical and jazz music and even pop rock. The dynamics have tripled, the definition and especially the soundstage which now has a depth, this in front of and behind the speakers. Now I understand better the craze of the 325x series.

It's not yet at my main amp in class AB, but it gets closer and when I listen to music, I couldn't think of it.

I wanted to buy a 2nd class AB amplifier as a spare, and finally I changed my mind and will rather wait for the 3255 version from Allo.

The smps PSU you are using is really bad I own it. It has a Bad ripple.

You should get a LLC with a good ripple and low noise.
The PSU has very important Impact in term of SQ
