Thats for the amp we are working on amp 1, i havent done anything with it yet, Still waiting on the 6215, 3415's. I really didnt post anything on this one (Amp 2) so it didnt get confussing. everything on it is new, both rails and ps fets 3205 and 4)MUR1520. Drivers were replaced as well, and all gate resistors out of tolerence. All the output fets are in the mega range. This blew the 10 Amp So i tried the 15....I can try the 10 again or post a voltage reading with the jumper on u17?
(Amp1) So ill be at 90 still i ordered 10 of each for the amp. Ill test them with the jumper when i get them.
(Amp2) With all the new fets on both rails. has the sound issue. But powers up and plays, I will post the values on the testing

Do NOT mix repairs in a thread. Start a new thread for the second amp. Copy and paste all information for the second amp from this thread to the new thread.
so update on the rockford, i got the 3415's and the 6215's for he output side of the board. i replaced them all. and the drivers, i havent went any further as i am waiting for your advice.
Refresh my memory. Do you have a current limiting resistor?
Do you have a scope?
Which drivers did you replace? Please be specific when you list what you did or what you replaced.

I replaced all transistors on both sides of the board, 3205, 3415, 6215, also the four rectifiers 1520's. and all the gate resistors also. And the drivers Q17, 19, 20, 21.
No i do not have a scope, i have only the basics, All the output transistors are in the mega ohms range.
voltage:
Q9, 10, 11, 12 is 5.16v
Q8, 7, 5, 6 is 59.6mv

Are you only connecting remote and ground and no B+ (that's what you should have right now)?
DC voltage on all terminals of Q17 and 20.
DC voltage on all terminals of Q17 and 20.
yes just remote and ground. ok so on:
Q17
1-2 -4.83v
2-3 4.83v
1-3 74.8mv
Q20
1-2 6.85v
2-3 4.76v
1-3 11.61v

perry, this is what i replaced this is how i had them wrote down. Just trying to give you as much information as possible.
Q110,111,112 with 6215
Q106,105,104 with 3415
Q109,108,107 with 6215
Q103,102,101 with 3415

Ok so 1 being closest to the B+ and neg.
Q17:
1=72.9mv
2=4.85v
3=.3mv
Q20:
1=11.7v
2=4.85v
3=73.3mv

3=73.3mv
Also perry the driver Q20 was burnt when i removed it, it fell into pieces, im sure thats relevant somehow.
ok so here are the values:
Q20:
1=2.46v
2=4.86v
3=11.73v
Q17
1=2.45v
2=4.86v
3=.03mv
Q20:
1=2.46v
2=4.86v
3=11.73v
Q17
1=2.45v
2=4.86v
3=.03mv

There is too much difference between the bases and the emitters. Compare to the other pair of drivers.
These are the values of all now.?
