I was working for NI 15 years ago as trainer and AE. Nice stuff but a little over the top for the hobbyist. I still like to use my old trusted Philips scope and some data aquisition tools together with “Sigrok”.

My camera is refusing to shake hands with my laptop...flipping windows10 is doing my head in.
Anyway the heater PSU was completely reworked....
That's from my phone ugh!!!!

Did you design the PCB yourself or is there "out on the internet" already a PCB of that design available?
Although for me it was a bit of a puzzle to interpret but your measuring results look good

Using the NI simulator 12.0 the result was approximately 2,4Volts output for 4mVolts input.The THD was 0,037%.
