The conversation about this "Enhancer"make me think of an "Audiophile"that swore by using "Gold"stuff that would be so much better than the ordinary tinned brass connectors. One day I took the expensive golden connector and Hell's bells it was MAGNETIC and I was able to rub the gold off this plug!!! He was gnashing his teeth when he went away.
Some audiophiles have no sense of humor, don't get to close to them, the dullness can rub off on you.
Typically gold plugs are made of brass and have a nickel barrier plating under the gold plating to prevent the gold from interdiffusing with the brass.
