Google it. BYV34 is a twin diode in a TO-220 package. Plenty of alternatives can be used.
Can this run at 12v??
This amp run at 35V minimum, I suggest to use TDA2002 for amp run at 12V.

Twin diode can be recicled from ATX PSU.
