Retro Amp 50W Single Supply

I'm trying to debug Autona AL125

I have high DC at the output and input terminals

Whats the purpose of the DC rail dropped across R1,R2 and R3? - circled in red

I'm not sure why the input Caps are not blocking DC?

Boa noite a todos.
Estou interessado em montar o AX6 original devido à simplicidade, componentes, acessíveis, etc.
O esquema original com fonte de alimentação unipolar, parou na V 1.6 ?
:cop:
Please post in English.

Hi julian

when you read the thread a little bit you will see that the voltage is mostly depending what you adjust the PSUR10 power supply pcb. read from post 800.
this supply pcb is with a small change = change trimm pot (member avtech did some investigation). able to adjust the voltages from 29V-46V
so at single supply you have between 29V overall voltage for the complete swing. you have to set up the DC point as goo as possible to the mid point of this voltage.
if you have a bigger heat sink then you can yus about 50-65 volt rail.
current is mostly 50mA up to 150mA if i remember right.

please read also a other version of LKA - he did here a modified version of the Retro amp. more components put very good values.

personally i want to build this easy amp...but it s in my looong list
;-)
