Baffle just a bit oversized which is nice to flatten later.
Next step the vertical bracing in it.

🥳🥳🥳 And they play. And good too (but I already knew that) 😃🥰😎. Still playing around a bit. Vifa Basis '95 completely overhauled. Beautiful design at the time by Mr R. Smulders. Here as new version in a much better looking cabinet (personally). Now only the supports with the spikes. High end super speakers!

Still not completely satisfied with the lows.
After many hour listerning I think its better to CLOSE the ports!
I finally have found the correct data sheet of the current woofers.

My plan is to replace the current woofers with the SB Acoustics SATORI WO24P-8.

Now with the closed ports it is dry low, but for 2 pieces of 10 inch the depth that may come out of it is missing now.

Below the different curves.
Red the current woofers in bass reflex.
Blue the current woofers with bass port closed.
Green the possible new woofers from SB Acoustic.

Any advice someone?

Didn't you use the original volume? Did they sound like this before?

What is the crossover frequency of the woofers?

Changing them means changing the lower midrange XO, too. I doubt the WO24P is a drop-in.

Unfortunately the woofers are not original and not suitable for a BR cabinet. 🙁
Qts 0,51....
If I simulate 105 liter it will be more worse.
Current volume is 122 liter.

So I have to look for new woofers suitable for BR cabinet.
The Satori WO24P-8 will be perfect in this cabinet.

Looks very good but thats a soo big enclosure for those speakers, even sealed box! You need an speaker with QTS between 0.4 - 0.7 for sealed enclosure, speakers with long-travel diaphragms and very low-loss suspension, booth speakers you chosed is not for that volume and also not for sealed box.

Currently I have closed the ports yesterday.
It sounds very good, dry and stiff bass, but not that deep, but nice.

it's hard to find these days speakers suitable for sealed box, the most is for ported box, maybe search from some from Audiotechnology. The booth speakers you chosed is not for that big volume you have, even not for sealed box.

Maybe Satori WO24P-8 but still big enclosure for them. I would look for something with a higher FS e.g. 35Hz and QTS between 0.5-0.6, higher VAS, higher Xmax, hard to find, otherwise your box will eat all dynamics, and you should never be satisfied. The best option is to contact Audiotechnology and tell him which box you have so it will make you custom drivers, e.g. 16ohm version so connect them in paralel
