A multi sub system or helmholtz absorbers.
These are room modes or standing waves in the room. You can physically not EQ a nul, since it's a form of destructive interference.
But you do run the risk of damaging you speakers by boosting to much.

I now measure the speaker on a other location in the room.
Looks much better.
I think it will be okay.

Yeah, this measurement gives you an idea what the woofers kind of do, but more of interest in getting the cross over done between woofers and mid woofer.
Best to measure at the listening position, with the speakers at their preferred position.
Like b_force said, a floor plan and simulating what might be the best position to start the measurements is best. A few inches to the left/front/ back can do a lot here.

I'm now struggling to get some output out of the FA252.
A simple low pass @ 200Hz should work after succesful uploaded into the FA252.
No luck till now, no output.

You don't have a room to measure woofers, you need a special room! You should do this outside the house, raise the speakers to a certain height so that the distance from the speakers to the floor is greater than the distance from the speakers to the microphone. Your measurement doesn't look good now, obviously you have 10db difference between 40Hz-200Hz and almost 20db difference between 20Hz-200Hz, which tells you something is wrong here, measurement mic, measurement distance, speakers or something else. I would focus on 200Hz to 20KHz, the rest <200Hz by ear and taste!

What I also like to try is to go back to bass reflex.
This time with suitable drivers for a bass reflex.
The cabinet is very flexible and easy to test.
Active with FA252 - bass reflex - with the SCAN-SPEAK 26W-8867T00.
Very nice drivers and have the same dimensions to fit in the cabinet.
Special for bass reflex cabinets.
Has a nice curve and will go much deeper then the actual drivers in sealed cabinet.
This time with suitable drivers for a bass reflex.
