input capacitor used tantalum capacitor in series. same value as the original.

Hi!
I want to create an audio amplifier in the 500W class-AB!
I ask for some help to replace some of the bias diodes D3 and D4 with variables bias circuits with transistor BD139 or similar!

go to quasi site and look at the table of output powers vs output devices to see what combination of components are required to meet your 500W into 4ohm target.

Nice PCB drawranger. Is it ok to just replace BC546 with 2N5551?
Look again at your schematic, Q6 emitor, its different connected than original Apex schematic.

Hello all!
I want this amplifier 550W class-B to be processed into kalass-AB, and instead of diodes D3 (1N4148) and D4 (1N4148) for the bias, to put the transistor for bias, ... such as BD139 or similar?😕🙁
That's why people help you do that changes the pattern of this amplifier?

2n5551 have different pin configuration its EBC, while bc546 is CBE.

Dear Drowranger
After you have created a PCB for the 550W class-B, please if you are able to make some changes to the PCB for this amplifier 2x1N4148 diodes instead of the bias with transistor BD139 set to the schematics (see circuit)!?
