thanks! No i don't met any DIY specialists here in Riga. Car Hi Fi is more popular there then DIY audio projects. I know there some gays -they built gainclones etc. I also heard about some high quality tube DIY projects based on soviet GM 70 lamps but they are not finished IMHO.🙁
