Wow! That's great!
😎
Installed in Nelson Pass Labs Chassis #26 from BurningAmp Fest of last year. ... ~300 watts x2 channels = real cool, man ... after three hours of heavy metal and electric blues, heat sink temp only 5 or 7 degrees above ambient ~~ 80 F. degrees in vented wood cabinet (no fan) = 😀
(Dr. Pass: Can I get any more of these great chassis?)

Very nice, HCK...![]()
Thank you for watching, this is the best pcb design I have ever made. More photos to follow

Yet another
Though old, The Dynaco ST-80, still a nice sounding amp and an unusual but effective biasing scheme.

Here is mine 🙂
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

🙂Thanks for the scheme, but I need audio amplifier with symmetrical power suplly [Us = (+40 / -40) V], which uses the output transistors 2N3773 or complementary transistor pair 2N3773/2N6609.
Thank you!🙁
"ExtremA"
Just a quick couple of pics.
Link to original article thread- Original diyaudio thread.
Link to my build thread- My "ExtremA" is Built. Whew.
FYI, this is a a class A amp, 70 WPC fully differential with a bridged output.
Amp Operating.

Did you thread the heatsink for the bolts or did you put bolts through with nuts on ?
Hello Friends.
Steeve here from United States, I feel so glad to see some of the most wonderful and interesting pictures posted here in this group. Really great work by all you guys and I do appreciate your efforts. Can you please post some more pictures specifying the circuit designs too.
Thanks for your post and stay connect.

[/QUOTE]Hello All!🙂
Thebes me reliable audio amplifiers (scheme and PCB), which will be powered with the Us=±55...60V.Output transistors to be in the TO-3 housing (as MJ15003/MJ15004, etc..)
Thank you,![]()
Here
my JLH 1969 based on the chinese PCB.
the 2N3055 are installed by the heatsink out of the case.
transformer ex CCCP military surplus 22v, bridge rectifier 50A + 20000uf/50v capacitor+ 1Ohm 15W resistor + 120000uf/50v capcitors.
drive very very well my FR saba greencone + TW saba greencone open baffle.
sound great.

almost finished..
Inputs and outputs are now mounted and connected below the power connector.
(it might look small, but it's by no means weak)..

thanks Cal Weldon
😎 PMA always have some interesting stuff!
Even if sometimes, I would do circuitry in another way = my way
Taste is different
😉 Some like to drink beer .. other sip their wine .. or get drunk on Whiskey instead
😉 Some listen to tubes, others take on MOSFETS, while the most common output devices STILL Are those faithful old BIPOLARS
Taste is personal
lineup
I have two dc 300a amps on my equip and I dont want it any other way from crown amps
