This is my Xmas present to myself. It's a stereo Aleph J (ZM Babelfish version) with SJEP120R100 as active gain output. Heatsinks are from the Aleph heatsink group buy. Power supply is 2 x external "bricks" with CLC filtering in the chassis. XRK SSR DC Speaker protection boards.

I finally installed the LEDs I like for my smaller AB100 - also the standard RCAs replaced with those shown in the attached picture.

My DIY Xono, MM only, MC boards are separate and not installed. Purchased PCB's from a guy in Germany Frank Wilker, a great guy to deal with.

Sounds seriously good.

They don't get anywhere near as hot as a real First Watt amp. You can hold your hand on them for as long as you want.

I'm really happy with how they sound. I have bought other amps that do some things better but I keep returning to these every time.

It's a standard Modushop Dissipante 4U case.

I could post images of the inside, but bah, you seen all that before... It's a J2 with a little extra on the face. The eyes look much better without the flare, they have little swirls in them that seem to turn as you look at them. 🙂
