ZM: Glad to see you have the RCA jacks the right way around, but power switch is still upside-down. Hope that helps!
it is in right way , according to my logic
accent being on my

(when in hurry , easier to flip it from On to Off - oriented that way ; God forbid that you're ever in hurry , but less likely that you're in a hurry to power it On)

Good that it came from you.
The Pass HPA-1 is a mere 14lbs (6.35kg).
So it is not even half a proper headamp.

that one is made for sissy customers , small and light , so easy to smuggle in da house without Cerberus spotting new toy

So that is the attitude of Pass Labs to their valued, fee-paying customers ?
Have you seen a >16kg headamp from Nelson or Wayne or Jam, or ... ?

maybe I wasn't clear enough - they (PL) are helping their customers to smuggle new equipment in house , without She Boss seeing it
Of course that I know for PL headamps of 34.7kg
before LiIon era , they were even heavier
Jam is so loving his , that he even put it on small wheels , to be able to listen all day

Have a Nephew moving to States in few days....
So , I promised to make him head-amp to bring with him.
....
My build is , in fact , pretty much quick'n'dirty approach.....
sound is good , everything stable , no problems
Dear Zen,
is schematic diagram of such head-amp available?
Best Regards,
Andrzej

Here a couple pictures of my almost complete M2X amplifier. Coming from Class AB (updated Hafler DH-500) and Class D (Pioneer SC-35) I now see what all the Class A fuss is about 🙂. It really sounds wonderful and I can listen for hours without tiring. Thanks to everyone who has made this DIY project possible, especially Nelson!

The best part of the M2X is that it becomes a "new" sounding amplifier every time you change the daughter cards! What a bargain!
Very nice build.

....or the label is upside down.
and black allen bolts as final touch
perfect scratch -resistant finish ..... wherever you scratch it , it's already scratched

First Watt; Serbian Chapter.....
Another ACA lives and my first exposure to anything Pass related. . I’ve been sitting on this sine June of last year due to moving and other obligations and the fact I didn’t have a preamp. Then I realized I could just use my NAD C320Bee as a pre. Running into some old Polk 5B monitors and it does quite well. Playing David Gilmour live in Gdańsk. Smooth.......
