Hi,

this is my first tube amp after 30 years! built my last one in 1970, a push-pull 6em5 amp from parts borrowed from our bnw tv set! since then and up till now, i have been doing ss amps!

the amp itself is built on a double sided pcb i made by hand, one side acts as a ground plane!

board mounted underneath chassis, tubes are recessed a bit.

voltage doubler power supply is also built on a pcb, and high speed rectifer is used.

output traffo is also diy'ed by me using a 7/8 in sqaure core.

My DIY 2A3 SET

My third DIY build, first not from a kit. Has a little hum but I think it's fixable with better layout planning. Now to order a real chassis and make it look as good as it sounds.
