Finished wiring and final fix...

195 Bias & under 0.003v offset for each channel.

Listening "Winter Night" by Al Di Meola...Perfect sound!

This is my first time to fully make a pre amplifier, though another one is

on the go.

Hi Alekstar.

It's input sensitivity pf the preamp is basically your desired output voltage divided by 2 (due to default +6dB gain). So if your amp needs 2VRMS input for producing maximum power then the preamp will need 1VRMS to drive the amp to maximum power.
The preamp's maximum output voltage is about +/-11.5V (23V peak to peak).
