The real ones from Pearl Acousticsthese are yours the original ones? looks nice but the sofa....
Why surprising? Almost no commercial manufacturers provide that. I can think of a handful, but no more. You may need to adjust your expectations if you think you're going to get anything on those lines, except on very rare occasions.The Sibelius down under🙂
Surprisingly no test certificates or any measurement data for a commercial product that has been claimed to have undergone multiple tests… measurements are not everything but in engineering it is a good starting point for evaluation
Harley posted a youtube video a while ago saying that production was on hold because the original manufacturer bailed on them, and they were looking for a new builder.Pearl have released an integrated tube amp...it sounded good at the Bristol show.

Indeed that sofa could confound things more than a little bit. How symmetrical is the speaker placement in relation to side and front wall boundaries and heavily upholstered furniture?these are yours the original ones? looks nice but the sofa....

Hi Vermouth I'm very very happy with my Intergrated Amp Accuphase E-5000.
Just for the photo shoot only, will be rearranged later🙂Indeed that sofa could confound things more than a little bit. How symmetrical is the speaker placement in relation to side and front wall boundaries and heavily upholstered furniture?
Manual indicates to wait a while for the whole mass to settle down a bit before testing. Even though factory run for 360hrs, still need to go easy for another 100hrs to naturalise in the new environment
Re: my post. These speakers are mainly for testing my DACs that have high resolution and very low distortions. The output from DAC goes into a matching Amp. Both have measurements and test data to confirm performance. Hopefully, the Sibelius brings out what is expected accordingly …Yes, that’s the way 🙂
My current audio chain for testing is :
DAC: Ackolabs -> Roon/HQPlayer -> Amp :Benchmark AHB2 -> Speakers: Jordan JX92 VTL (DIY’ed)
Use case, for testing DACs mainly so need the rest to be neutral sounding and revealing. Jordans ok for vocals, classical and jazz but not beyond that… car audio sounded better for pop/rock etc. I go for all genres of music especially for testing DACs
As for speakers the choice was between Eikona Marlow and Sibelius. Both looked quite suitable but decided on the latter because of bass extension. I like Harley’s decision of not going for an LS type bookshelf. Had Rogers LS5a before, great speakers but found bass on the thin side a bit and needed helper subs.
Sounding really nice even in a less than ideal listening area 🎶 …Just for the photo shoot only, will be rearranged later🙂

Yes, will do. One thing for sure the DAC resolution and details are coming thru from the speakers 👍 Previously had to use headphones …. still going easy before going to push a bit
it is going crazy here 😍👌
