I think we should stop arguing, we all sit in the same boat &
that said from the monetary aspect it has hit Simon & me the worst.

I suggest you exchange emails if you wish to change arguments in unpolite tone.

Up to now nobody knows anything more regarding what has been produced or ordered noor received by Peter.

And I simply expect Peter to turn up at some point,
explain the situation + what items he has or has not.

And as long as I do not have my money refunded this my expectation will not change.

I’m sure that most that have paid are a little unhappy with the lack of response from Peter but TBH without knowing what may have happened his end I find accusations a little counterproductive.

Life can be a little unpredictable at times and maybe something has happened to delay things.

It happens.

I was not part of the last GB but I do remember something similar happening and all came good in the end.

IMHO It’s a tough call on pulling back funds through PP because Peter may well have ordered parts and boards which would leave him in a bad place financially.

Maybe our German forum friends can help us out a little in finding out what’s happening.

But my feelings are still the same in wishing Peter well and hoping that a successful resolution can be reached soon.😎

BTW I've been using Cap6 boards with my build and they work well.

I agree in the main.

Only problem is the deadline for PayPal claims (whenever that is) so people will have to make a decision and most likely to claim.

Then if he does try to sort this out he may end up in a position whereby sorting it out is then made impossible.... or it could mean people lose the opportunity to get their money back. Difficult decisions.

Thank you Shaun, I agree with you for the most part,
except for those who used Paypal and are able to pull their money out,
given the present situation I can hardly advice on leaving it in.

Otherwise I agree things can happen.
But also Peter should be man enough to come out and laying the problems open.
Or wherever he could need a little help, be that money for posting items or whatever.
I'm sure we'd find an acceptable compromise for all, but I would really appreciate if we could start sending out parts to those who paid soon.

If for whatever life circumstances Peter simply is ot up to or does not feel like up to going through the hassle of packing all the stuff individually and sending it out to X different locations,
he should raise his hand and we'll agree for a meeting, I will collect up all the stuff he has up to now & will send it out myself as complete as possible -provided the PCBs themselves are there- of course.

And Peter if you read this, please do us and not the least yourself a favour & give us a perspective of the pcb / parts situation
or put me a mail.

I was approaching the 180 day limit with paypal and was just approved for a refund.
Sadly he wont be able to use paypal again as far as I can see
Its one thing if he was really unable due to a serious illness beyond his control, but at this point, this was the only option left at 6 months and no responses
Was really hoping for a better outcome
