Yes! The Paradise will work with the 310's but the J113's will make an improvement! This issue has been discussed here and in the Mpp thread before 🙂

So i take it that the J310's is possible to replace with 2sk170 and J113, but the latter is recommended?
I have already bought the J113's, so i just need the 1K resistors then, but about power rating.. i take it that it will be 1mA through it, which would make it (power wise) pretty much any resistor would be enough for it.

Yes 🙂 see also Paradise Builders #1772 (the attached picture). When using 2sk170 (replacing the PSU J310's) then Rbe should be 360 ohm (330 is o.k. 🙂). The Rgs is to be selected for a Ids of 1mA (as you noted 🙂).
Great, then i got it right.. i don't know from where i got it - but i though there was some other jfets (besides the 310's) that you was supposed to replace with 2sk170s.. but it was the same fets all the time. 🙂
Thanks alot, and i really like your summarizing posts you do once in a while 🙂

All, please note the updated documents in my signature. No big changes, only small fixes so do not worry 😀
Thank you Alfred for the posting the information. However, the links do not work for me (Server not found" Firefox can't find the server at "https). Anyone else have this problem, or only at my end?
Thanks all

Click the link, then remove 'http://%22https//', and it will work 🙂
Thats odd. I changed the signature, hope it works now. So much for copying something from another poster, that apparently worked.....
Also added some more information on the possible JFET replacements in the PSU into the BOM.

Now it works 🙂
I have a friend who is after a pair of pcbs to build up, preferably with group buy parts. Any version, please pm me if you have anything.
I'm going to order another batch of BC's. I found on SOS Electronic the DIOTEC's. Are there a good choice? A tight match, as someone said? I think ordering 500+500.
Also, difficult to find the J 113.
Sooner I'll bring my PCB to an 200 MHz oscilloscope.

Yes, go for the DIOTEC's (I did get a batch from SOS Electronic) and they where the best 🙂 Be sure to get them on tape! Mouser did supplied me with the J113's.
Thanks guys for the answer.
GO FOR DIOTEC!!!!!!!
But 500+ 500 would be enough?
Finally I found the J113 to a supplier in Rumania.
